I also understand that this attestation extends to any colleges or universities that I may add in the future.

• Misrepresentation: I understand that should I misrepresent my indicated company or any colleges or universities now or in the future, that my privilege of using the myUsearch college website can be revoked at any time by myUsearch, LLC. I also understand that myUsearch, LLC reserves the right to revoke my usage of the of the myUsearch college website for any delinquent payments.
• Copyright:  I understand that the content, organization, gathering, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the myUsearch websites are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights, and the copying, redistribution, use or publication of any such content or any part of the myUsearch websites is prohibited.
• Payment:  Should I decide to purchase marketing leads from myUsearch, LLC through either a one-time purchase or recurring purchases, I understand that I will be invoiced monthly according to the purchases I made for the month. Terms of payment are net 30 days upon receipt of the monthly invoice. If payments are not received within 60 days of the date indicated on the invoice, then a daily interest charge of 5% will be assessed on the total amount over 60 days delinquent.
